Inspire Loyalty provide a easy solution to successfully drive new and repeat sales through engagement and reward, delivering personal recognition to customers. It’s a plug & go system so it’s really easy to implement and minimise operational task. All clients are supplied with; a bespoke loyalty website featuring the client’s own gift vouchers for redemption with the option to include Amazon & Love2shop gift codes; unique loyalty cards on quality printed card sleeves; promotional material; bar code scanners; a loyalty app; online interface to issue points; staff training and member support; monthly statement; transactional reports and excellent service. Inspire Loyalty were nominated for CIS Excellence Business Innovation Award in 2013 and The Scottish Thistle Creative Ambition Award in 2014.

After studying Hospitality at College, Steve jumped into Banking (which doesn’t really add up!). However, the passion for hospitality couldn’t be restrained so from Switchboard at The George Hotel, Edinburgh, Steve’s career in hotels began. The real break was at Gleneagles working in Resort Sales and then managing a team in a new Direct Marketing Department. In order to advance commercial skills Steve then worked for Marriott, MacDonald Hotels and Hilton Hotels. With 20 years hotels experience, Steve decided to create Inspire, a marketing consultancy for independent hotels. Inspire Loyalty was then born on a beach in Abu Dhabi. “Visualising a product to market is really rewarding when it’s created but establishing a good loyal customer base is the key to making it work”. Service delivery is a passion for Steve, both in supplier fulfillment and client delivery.

Steve loves film and his family and friends of course! Having an avid collection of films Steve finds it clears the mind and often stimulates creativity. “it’s a real medicine but there’s nothing to beat a good family holiday”. Steve also enjoys watching rugby, cutting the grass on a Saturday and spending some time with the kids. “Life in Northern Ireland is a treat and within 30 minutes reach of the North Coast, it’s a great contrast to country-side life. We’re definitely spoilt here with Galgorm Resort & Spa up the road and on the rare occasion my wife and I escape, that’s the place to be”.

Gordon has 25 years+ experience in Marketing and Sales. He initially started in the Financial Services sector and for the last 10 years has also been heavily involved in the Hotel & Leisure sector. Gordon’s expertise is in customer communications and over the years he has worked with many blue chip clients on some of their most important customer communication projects. In his previous role as Business Development Director he has been responsible for both recruiting clients and for driving new product development. Gordon is a recent addition to the Inspire Loyalty team and is excited by the tremendous opportunities which he can see for the company in the future.

Despite his advancing years, Gordon is a keen sports man. He plays tennis regularly, and based on the amount of time he spends on the tennis court he should be Wimbledon standard…but he isn’t. He is a keen football fan, and a season ticket holder at Hearts and a regular visitor to Arsenal. However his real passion is holidaying in the US with his family and following his various American sports teams.
