We allow 4-6 weeks from receipt of confirmation to create your bespoke loyalty solution, including loyalty cards if required. We also provide training and staff awareness of the benefits, either online or onsite.
Our integrated package provides automated point awards via frictionless CardLink technology. A member earns points when using their registered payment card across the guest journey. This saves the need to integrate fully with your PMS but we can record the members account number on the guest profile where required. We also partner with booking engine providers to accept exclusive member rate code and provide the means for voucher codes to discount the member’s booking.
