After studying Hospitality Management, Steve jumped into Banking but the passion for hospitality couldn’t be restrained when his career in hotels began at The George Intercontinental, Edinburgh. Steve worked for The Gleneagles Hotel, Marriott Hotels, MacDonald Hotels and Hilton and with over 20 years hotel experience, created Inspire Loyalty in 2010 providing independent hotels with a branded loyalty programme to save OTA commission and increase direct business, while rewarding and engaging with guests. Service delivery is a passion for Steve, in membership handling and client relations and enjoys his mission to equipp as many hotels & restaurants with an innovative loyalty solution which is easy to use.
