Are there any other plans?

We want to provide our clients with a loyalty programme that best suits their business’s needs. Contact us to discuss how we can help create a tailored loyalty plan that works for you.

How long does it take to get the programme up & running?

We allow 4 weeks from receipt of confirmation to create your bespoke loyalty solution, including loyalty cards if required. We also provide training and staff awareness of the benefits, either online or onsite.

Can your system integrate with our Property Management System?

We designed our web-based interface to make it easy for staff to award member points and redeem voucher codes. We can integrate with your PMS but you’ll need to record the members account number on the guest profile, for this alternative method to work.

Can you inherit our existing programme and help us switch over?

Of course! We are very experienced in dealing with loyalty programme acquisition… and retention!

Do you provide member support?

Yes, your staff and your members get access to our 24-hour support helpdesk by phone and email. Treat us as an extension of your team.

How can we communicate with our members?

Members receive a personalised monthly statement by email, which we fulfill together with your input on your exclusive offers and seasonal updates.

Are you GDPR compliant?

You can be confident your data is secure. It is stored in a secure GDPR compliant environment, hosted by Amazon Web Services.  We control and process the data, we don’t own it. Your data is your asset even on termination of the contract.

How do customers earn points and access benefits?

To earn points, customers simply present their loyalty card or app to reception who will scan the barcode to add points to their account. Points can be accessed via your loyalty website and benefits such as discounts and upgrades can be downloaded in a voucher format from here.

What do I need to get started?

We request your preferred loyalty programme domain name, corporate brand identity guidelines, logos, images. We prepare an implementation schedule to discuss all programme components and timelines with you.
