We can integrate with your PMS to automatically process points and record the members account number on the guest profile. Or we can automate the points process using frictionless technology which means every time the members pays their bill, points are automatically awarded!Â
To earn points, customers register for your loyalty programme and depending on your subscription plan and integration method, points are awarded automatically when the bill is paid. We have an interface used to award points for clients on the stand alone plan, where members simply present their loyalty card or app to reception who scan the barcode to add points to their account.Â
Point redemption and benefits such as exclusive offers are accessed and downloaded in electronic voucher format from your loyalty website and delivered directly to the member’s registered or nominated email address.
